| If there are any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact the website customer service team using the details mentioned in the Contact Us page. |

| 2. Why isn’t my item available? |
| Our stock availability is automatically refreshed on the website every 15 minutes and we always try to show the most accurate stock available. Occasionally, when a product is popular or during special offers, it is possible for a number of customers to place orders the last item at the same time. We’re working on our availability systems to try and prevent this in the future. If there are any problems with an order you place, we will contact you by phone or email. |

| 3. Can I get a refund? |
| Yes, as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging, you can take the item to the club shop or return by post. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Please read our Returns and Privacy Policy on the footer of the website. |

| 4. What if I forget my password? |
| Don’t worry! From the sign in page, click the ‘forgotten password’ button and enter your email address. We’ll then send you a new password. Once you’ve got your new password, enter it on the sign in page and from ‘Orders’ you can change the password to one you’ll remember. |
